During the hot summer months we do not make croquembouche with humid weather impacting the structure!  The ultimate French célébration dessert. Our croquembouche choux are hand piped, filled and decorated, crispy caramel exterior with soft creamy interior. Please contact us for specific célébration requests. Nut Free.
